Introduction
Swanton Welding and Machining Company, Production Division, specializes in the fixturing and welding of small to large quantity production metal fabrication. Employing skilled welders, mechanics and engineers within a 50,000 square foot facility, the production division is able to produce, paint and assemble your fabrication needs.
Services:
Robotics: Employ Lincoln Robots for accuracy and quickness when welding large quantities.
Quantities: Resources to weld one to 1000 parts, prototypes to production runs.
Fixturing: Engineering department designs and builds fixtures to maintain accuracy before and during welding.
Powder Coating: Have the ability to Wet Paint, Powdercoat, Plate, or Galvanize fabrications and parts.
CNC: Machining capabilities Ex. (tapping, drilling and milling)
CAD Detailing: Have the ability to produce parts from customer drawings, duplicate parts from samples provided and design new parts per customer information.
Assembly and Installation: We have the man power to help in assembly of component parts such as tarps, dunnage, hardware, etc. Our people will also install truck beds.
Specialize in: Custom truck beds from 10’ to 25’
