Swanton Welding and Machining Company, Laser Division, manufactures precision parts that are anywhere from a one piece order to thousands of pieces. We give you the best service, and on time delivery in the tri-state area. This is accomplished with some of the best trained operators in the industry.

Services:

Laser Cutting: Laser cutting with etching capability up to ¾” thick steel, ½” thick stainless steel and ¼” thick aluminum out of a maximum 60” x 120” sheet.

Waterjet Cutting: Cuts up to 8” thick material out of a maximum 72” x 144” sheet with precise, straight cutting using dynamic head capability. Can cut steels, plastics, granite, ceramics and a wide range of other materials.

CNC Pressbraking: Can pressbrake up to 14’ long with programming capability fro precise production jobs.

Flat abrasive belt sanding and polishing: Can sand and polish steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. up to 36” wide.

Simple Machining: Machining taps, holes, milled surfaces after the parts are cut.

Finishing: Can wetpaint, powdercoat, plate, chrome, etc. parts after production.

CAD Detailing: Can produce parts from customer drawings and duplicate parts from samples provided.
